PAYMENT AND DELIVERY IN UKRAINE
SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIMELINES:
Order shipment: If the item is in stock, shipment is carried out within 1-3 business days.

Custom and corporate desk orders:

1. Ordering standard models (options presented on the website): for orders from 1 to 10 units, delivery/shipment is carried out within 3 weeks.

2. Custom orders: if a desk with a wooden tabletop in a custom size is required, or metal products in a non-standard size/color, the production time is up to 5 weeks.

3. Corporate orders: production and delivery timelines are calculated individually depending on the configuration and quantity of items.

4. Production of items made from acoustic PET material: production time is up to 14 calendar days.
   
   PAYMENT METHODS:
   1. Online payment:
   - You can pay for your order on our website using a Visa/MasterCard, ApplePay, or GooglePay card.
   - Payment is processed through the secure Plata by mono system.
   
   2. Bank transfer:
   - Payment to the current account of a legal entity.
   
   3. Payment upon receipt (Cash on Delivery):
   - You can pay upon receiving your order from the carrier "Nova Poshta". The COD commission is paid by the buyer in accordance with the rates of the "Nova Poshta" company.
   
   4. "Purchase in parts" (Installment plan) from Monobank:
   - The option to pay in installments for up to 4 months without overpayments.

5. Payment terms for custom adjustable desks:
- 30% prepayment of the total order amount.
- The balance is paid after the desk is ready or before shipment to the current account, or upon receipt via the "Nova Poshta" Cash on Delivery service.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY: TERMS FOR THE CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION

1. Payment by Cash on Delivery (COD):

Available for all products.

• For chairs, desks, adjustable height desk frames, and floor cabinets, a prepayment of 2,000 UAH is required. The buyer pays the remaining amount upon receiving the order from the courier or at a Nova Poshta branch.
• For all other products, Cash on Delivery is available without prepayment.

2. Cash on Delivery for custom orders (made-to-order desks) in Ukraine and Kyiv
For made-to-order desks, a 30% prepayment of the total order value is required. The buyer pays the balance upon receipt of the finished product.

PLEASE NOTE:
When choosing payment by Cash on Delivery via Nova Poshta, a service fee is charged according to Nova Poshta's rates (NovaPay). 

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE
DELIVERY METHODS:
Free address delivery:
For orders totaling 20,000 UAH or more, free delivery to your door is available.

Across Ukraine: Delivery is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta".

PLEASE NOTE: bringing the desk to your door is free if there is an elevator. In other cases, conditions are discussed individually.

IMPORTANT: Please carefully check the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the order upon receipt.
In case of damage or discrepancies, it is necessary to file an act with the delivery service representative directly during delivery and inform us by any convenient means.

❗ Special note:
if your order includes a tabletop, it must be unpacked and inspected in the presence of the courier.
Check the surface, corners, and edges for any damage.

Delivery of accessories and other items from our online store:
Self-pickup: You have the option to pick up your order at our Showroom located at: Vyshneve, Kyiv region, 29 Kyivska St., from Monday to Friday during working hours 8:30-16:00.

IMPORTANT: carefully inspect your order upon receipt. In case of damage, a discrepancy report must be signed with a representative of "Nova Poshta". Claims will not be accepted after the item has been received, except for hidden defects and factory faults that could not be detected immediately upon receipt.


INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
PAYMENT TERMS:
- The customer pays 100% of the order value on the website or to the current account according to the issued invoice.

DELIVERY TERMS:
- The service of international order delivery is provided by "Nova Poshta". The cost depends on the logistics company's rates and is paid by the Customer.

IMPORTANT: All costs related to customs clearance in the country of receipt, as well as customs and brokerage fees, are paid by the buyer.
