PAYMENT AND DELIVERY ACROSS UKRAINE
SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIMES:
Shipping the order: If the product is available, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
Production of tables with tabletops:
MDF, wood, chipboard or HPL: production time - up to 14 calendar days.
Table model with electronic height adjustment WPN: production period - 21 calendar days.
Table with a bar counter: production period - up to 21 calendar days.
Individual orders: In the case of ordering additional metal options in individual sizes, the production period is up to 4 weeks.
Bulk orders: Orders from 20 tables are negotiated individually, depending on the conditions and the chosen configuration.
Production of products from acoustic PET material: production period - up to 14 calendar days.
PAYMENT METHODS:
1. Online payment:
- You can pay with a Visa/MasterCard, ApplePay or GooglePay payment card for your order on our website.
- Payment is made through the secure Plata by mono system.
2. Non-cash payment:
- Payment to the current account of a legal entity.
3. Payment upon receipt (postpaid):
- You can make payment upon receiving the order from the carrier "Nova Poshta". The commission for post-payment is paid by the buyer in accordance with the tariffs of the "Nova Poshta" company.
4. Payment in installments from Monobank:
- Possibility of payment in installments up to 3 months.
5. Terms of payment for custom-made adjustable tables:
- Advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the order.
- The balance is paid after the table is ready or before sending to the current account, or upon receipt through the post-payment service from "Nova Poshta".
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY: TERMS FOR POST-PAYMENT OPTION
1. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery) when sending frames for height-adjustable tables or ready-made solutions for height-adjustable tables in Ukraine and Kyiv
When choosing this method of payment, the order is made only under the condition of prepayment in the amount of UAH 2,000. The buyer pays the rest of the amount upon receiving the order to the courier or at the Nova Poshta branch.
2. Payment by cash on delivery (cash on delivery) when sending custom orders (made-to-order tables) in Ukraine and Kyiv
For custom-made tables, a prepayment of 30% of the total cost of the order is required. The remaining amount is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the finished product.
PLEASE NOTE:
When choosing to pay by post (cash on delivery) through Nova Poshta, the service fee is charged in accordance with Nova Poshta (NovaPay) tariffs. The commission is 2% of the order amount and a fixed fee of UAH 20, which is paid by the buyer
DELIVERY ACROSS UKRAINE
DELIVERY METHODS:
Delivery of tables with electronic height adjustment, frames with height adjustment and ergonomic chairs:
When ordering these products, delivery is free to the door.
In Ukraine: Delivery is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta".
In Kyiv: free installation is additionally provided, which is carried out by a representative of the TEHNOTABLE company. Delivery and installation are carried out from Monday to Saturday, the time is agreed with the customer, taking into account the schedule of the availability of light.
PLEASE NOTE: bringing in and assembling the table is free if there is an elevator. In other cases, conditions are negotiated individually.
IMPORTANT : carefully inspect the order upon receipt. If damage is detected, a certificate of non-conformity is signed with a representative of Nova Poshta. Claims are not accepted after receipt of the goods, with the exception of hidden defects and manufacturing defects that could not be detected immediately upon receipt.
Delivery of accessories and other goods from our online store:
Pickup : You can pick up your order in our showroom at the address: Vyshneve, Kyiv region, str. Kyivska 29 from Monday to Friday during working hours 8:30-16:00.
Delivery together with the table: When ordering together with the table, delivery to the door of the general order is free.
Separate delivery: In the case of a separate order, delivery is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta", the cost of delivery is paid by the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
PAYMENT TERMS:
- The customer pays 100% of the cost of the order on the website or to the current account according to the issued invoice.
TERMS OF DELIVERY:
- The service of delivery of orders abroad is provided by the company "Nova Poshta". The cost depends on the tariffs of the logistics company and is paid by the Customer.
IMPORTANTLY: All costs for customs clearance of the goods in the country of receipt of the order, as well as customs and brokerage services, are paid by the buyer.
