• Exchange and return conditions: Exchange and return of goods are possible if they do not correspond to the order or if the goods do not meet the technical specifications.
• Return period: You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Before doing so, make sure that the product does not show signs of use, such as scratches or other defects.
• Compliance with the order: If the product does not match the order, return shipping is at the expense of TEHNOTABLE.
• Importantly: The product is subject to return only if there are no traces of use, mechanical damage and the product appearance is preserved.
• Armchairs: Chairs that meet the quality standards are not returnable, as after assembly they may have signs of use and can no longer be sold as new goods.
• Individual orders: All products ordered in custom sizes and specifications are non-refundable.

Warranty periods

The warranty is specified individually for each product in the "Technical Specifications" section. Main warranty periods:

• • for table frames with electric height adjustment , including motors - 5 years and 2 years for the control panel, power supplies and controller ;

  • on a countertop of our own production - 1 year ;

  • for monitor brackets — 1–3 years , depending on the model;

  • for ergonomic chairs - 1–5 years , depending on the model.

Warranty repair

In case of detection of defects that make it unacceptable to use the product for its intended purpose, TEHNOTABLE will carry out free repair or replacement (except in cases of careless use). Delivery for repair, provided that the rules of use are observed, is carried out at the expense of TEHNOTABLE.

The customer's requirements are not subject to satisfaction if the defects of the goods arose as a result of the customer's violation of the rules for using the goods or storing them.

Post-warranty service

After the warranty period, if any defects are found in the product or any individual element, we offer to use the services of our service department. We will repair or replace only the cost of the spare parts that require replacement or repair.
