Exchange and return

• Terms of exchange and return: Exchange and return of the product is possible if it does not correspond to the order or if the product does not comply with the technical specification.
• Return term: You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Before doing so, make sure that the product has no signs of use, such as scratches or other defects.
• Compliance with the order: If the product does not correspond to the order, the return delivery is carried out at the expense of the TEHNOTABLE company.
• Importantly: The product is subject to return only if there are no signs of use, mechanical damage and preservation of the product appearance.
• Armchairs: Quality chairs are non-returnable, as they may show signs of use after assembly and can no longer be sold as new.
• Individual orders: All items ordered to custom sizes and specifications are non-refundable.

Warranty terms

The warranty is indicated individually for each product in the "Technical specification" section. Main warranty terms:

• Table frames: 5-year warranty, except for the Suspa frame, which has a 1-year warranty.
• Countertops of our production: Warranty 1 year.
• Brackets for monitors: Warranty 3 years.
• Accessories: Warranty from 1 to 3 years.

Warranty repair

In the event of detection of defects that make the use of the product inadmissible in accordance with its intended purpose, TEHNOTABLE carries out free repair or replacement (except for cases of careless use). Delivery for repair, subject to compliance with the rules of use, is carried out at the expense of TEHNOTABLE.

The customer's requirements cannot be satisfied if the defects of the product arose as a result of the customer's violation of the rules for using the product or its storage.

Post-warranty service

After the end of the warranty period, in case of detection of product malfunctions or any malfunctions of an individual element, we offer to use the services of our service department. We will repair or replace only the cost of the parts that require replacement or repair.
