Yes. Our frames are equipped with an anti-collision system: if the table hits an obstacle – a chair, a pedestal, a hand, or a toy – while moving, it automatically stops and moves back slightly. In addition, on a number of models (e.g., DUOERGO, StreamLine, LiteQuad), the control panel has a child lock function, which disables control so that a child does not accidentally change the height. This makes the table safe for homes with toddlers.

How noisy is the electric desk and how much electricity does it consume?

The noise level of our frames is between 40 and 50 dB depending on the model, which means that the lift can be heard as a quiet, even hum for a few seconds; in an open office, it does not disturb neighbors.

Regarding power consumption, it is important to distinguish between two modes:
• In standby mode (when the desk is simply standing) — no more than 0.5 W. This is less than any charging block left in an outlet consumes.
• At the moment of raising or lowering, when the motors are running — approximately 100–200 W depending on the load on the desk. But the motors run for only a few seconds per height change.

In practice, even if you change the position many times a day, the desk consumes only a few tens of hryvnias worth of electricity per year — this is unnoticeable on your bill. The main consumption at the workplace is not from the desk itself, but from the equipment you plug into it.

In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 days; custom orders take up to 5 weeks—the exact timeframe depends on the configuration and production workload. Delivery within Ukraine is free. Does the height-adjustable desk wobble at its maximum height?

Any height-adjustable desk will have a minimal amount of wobble – this is due to the physics of telescopic columns, not a defect. The only question is the amplitude, which depends on the frame design: the more massive the frame, the larger the column cross-section, and the stiffer the crossbeam, the more stable the desk. When standing, vibrations are always slightly more noticeable than when sitting, because the lever arm is longer.

If stability is critical for you – a heavy setup, multiple monitors, a mechanical keyboard with active typing – choose four-leg frames (LiteQuad, Quadra, UltraStrong): four supports dampen vibrations by their very geometry. Among two-leg desks, the most stable are heavier reinforced models (BestFit Pro, StreamLine). How to properly choose the height of a desk for working while sitting and standing?

The correct height is not determined by your stature, but by the position of your elbows – this is the 90/90 rule.

Sitting height. Sit so that your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are bent at approximately a right angle. Relax your shoulders, tuck your elbows into your sides, and bend them at a right angle (90°). The distance from the floor to the bottom of your elbow is your sitting desk height. As a guide, for most adults, it falls in the range of approximately 68–78 cm, but only measuring yourself will give you the exact figure.

Standing height. Stand straight, shoulders relaxed, elbows again at a right angle – measure the distance from the floor to your elbows. This is your standing desk height (on average approximately 100–120 cm, depending on your height and proportions).

Three details often forgotten. Firstly, the frame's range in the specifications is given without the tabletop – add the thickness of your tabletop (18–40 mm). Your elbows will be at this height, so choose a frame such that your calculated height is within the range, not at its edge. Secondly, take measurements in the footwear you usually work in – heels and thick soles shift the result. Thirdly, set the monitor separately: its top edge should be approximately at eye level, not at the height of the tabletop – a monitor arm or shelf is used for this.

What to do if the desk won't lower or raise?

Most often, this is not a breakdown, but a need to reset the settings (calibration) — a standard procedure for electric frames. How to choose a tabletop material for a height-adjustable table? Which one is better?

The tabletop is the part of the table that you come into contact with the most, so it is important to choose the material that works best for you. There are 4 types of materials in our assortment:

1. MDF

MDF is made from small wood chips mixed with resin and subjected to high pressure. It is strong, moisture-resistant, light, is not afraid of direct sunlight, cold and does not contain harmful formaldehyde impurities. MDF is an excellent combination of price and quality.
