Public offer

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is an official proposal (public offer) of LLC "TEHNOTABLE" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller ) to conclude a contract of sale of goods presented on the website www.tehnotable.ua with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer ) in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.2. Placing an order on the website means full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this agreement without the need to sign it.
1.3. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this public offer without prior notice. The updated version comes into force from the moment of its posting on the website.


2. Subject of the contract

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods and pay for them under the terms of this agreement.
2.2. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of full payment and transfer of the goods.


3. Prices, product information and possible inaccuracies

3.1. Prices for goods are indicated on the website in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) and are current at the time of placing the order.
3.2. Due to technical features, system errors or human factors, the site may contain temporary inaccuracies or errors in the description, characteristics or cost of goods.
3.3. If an error is detected after placing an order, the manager will definitely notify the Buyer to confirm or correct the order.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if an incorrect price or technical error is detected, after notifying the Buyer in advance.
3.5. Final information regarding the availability of the product, its characteristics and current price is specified by the manager when confirming the order.


4. Ordering procedure

4.1. Orders are accepted via the website, by email, as well as via the Seller's official messengers - Telegram, Viber, Instagram Direct .

4.2. After placing the order, the Seller's manager clarifies all details, confirms the product configuration, production dates, delivery method, and agrees on payment terms.

4.3. For tables made to order , after receiving an advance payment of 30% to 100% of the total cost,
The seller prepares an individual drawing (technical sketch) .
The drawing is transmitted to the Buyer for approval electronically (email or messengers).
Production begins only after written (electronic) confirmation of the drawing by the Buyer.

4.4. For tables with wooden tops (natural veneer, solid wood or veneered board):

  • each wooden board has a unique texture and shade, which is a natural feature of wood;

  • before the start of production , the Seller provides a photo of the real shield for approval with the Buyer ;

  • After approval of the photo, claims regarding the appearance of the wood (shade, grain direction, structure, knots, etc.) are not accepted if the product meets the stated technical specifications and does not have manufacturing defects.

4.5. For products with wooden countertops with tinting or painting :

  • The buyer is obliged to receive tinting or painting samples (on a wooden base), to familiarize himself with them physically and to agree on the selected color in writing (electronically) ;

  • after color approval, the Buyer is obliged to return the samples to the Seller for use as a reference during production;

  • Claims regarding color shades or color perception in the photo are not accepted if the product is manufactured according to the approved sample.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment can be made in the following ways:

  • Online payment by Visa/MasterCard bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay through the Plata by mono payment system.

  • Cashless payment to the Seller's current account

  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) — upon receipt of the order at a Nova Poshta branch. The commission for the service is paid by the Buyer.

  • Purchase in installments with Monobank — up to 4 months without overpayments.

  • Prepayment for orders for production is 30% of the order amount. The balance is due after the product is ready or before shipment.

5.2. For some products (adjustable tables, ready-made solutions, frames, chairs), a minimum prepayment of UAH 2,000 is required when ordering cash on delivery.
5.3. For corporate and individual orders, payment terms are agreed separately.


6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta" .
6.2. Free delivery to your door applies to adjustable tables, frames and ergonomic chairs.
6.3. Delivery to the premises is free of charge if there is an elevator, in other cases it is agreed separately.
6.4. Goods are shipped within 1–3 business days (if in stock). For individual orders, the production time is up to 5 weeks.
6.5. The buyer is obliged to inspect the order upon receipt. In case of damage, a report is drawn up with the carrier's representative. Claims after receipt are not accepted, except in cases of hidden defects.
6.6. International delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta or partner services. All costs for customs clearance, duties and brokerage services are paid by the Buyer.


7. Exchange and return

7.1. Return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods have not been used , have no mechanical damage and their presentation, packaging and completeness have been preserved .

7.2. Individually manufactured products (changed dimensions, materials, color or configuration at the customer's request) are not eligible for return.

7.3. In the event of the Buyer's refusal to order goods of proper quality , the costs of delivering the goods in both directions (to the Buyer and back to the Seller) shall be covered by the Buyer.

7.4. In the event of a non-conformity of the order or a defect arising from the fault of the Seller, the return or exchange delivery is carried out at the expense of the Seller.

7.5. Chairs that meet the stated specifications and have been assembled or used are not subject to return , since after assembly they lose their original presentation.


8. Warranty

8.1. The warranty for TEHNOTABLE products is:

  • for table frames with electric height adjustment , including motors - 5 years for the structure and 2 years for the control panel, power supplies and controller ;

  • on a countertop of our own production - 1 year ;

  • for monitor brackets1–3 years , depending on the model;

  • for ergonomic chairs - 1–5 years , depending on the model.

8.2. In the event of a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction that is caused by the fault of the Seller or the manufacturer,
The seller will repair or replace the product or individual element free of charge ,
provided that the Buyer complies with the operating and storage rules.

8.3. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • violation of the rules of use or installation;

  • unauthorized interference with the design or electronics;

  • voltage drops, moisture, mechanical damage or natural wear and tear.

8.4. Post-warranty service is provided by the Seller at the cost of spare parts to be replaced,
after prior agreement with the Buyer.


9. Responsibility of the parties

9.1. The Seller is not responsible for temporary technical failures, lack of access to the site or loss of data due to actions of third parties.
9.2. The Seller is not responsible for possible technical or typographical errors in prices, specifications or photographs of goods.
9.3. If such inaccuracies are discovered, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order with prior notice to the Buyer.
9.4. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing an order.


10. Confidentiality

10.1. Personal data of Buyers are processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the Site Privacy Policy .


11. Other conditions

11.1. All legal relations not regulated by this offer are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
11.2. In the event of disputes, the parties shall seek to resolve them through negotiations; in the event of failure to reach an agreement, through legal proceedings.
11.3. This offer comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website and is valid until withdrawn or changed.
