National Standard of Ukraine
Quality Class A
Timber of the highest quality class; typically from the lower part of the trunk with clean wood and minor features that do not restrict its use.
Quality Class B
Timber of medium quality class with no special requirements for clean wood. Knots are allowed within the average value for each species.
Quality Class C
Acceptable knots, uneven texture, minor defects possible (darkening, small cracks) for a more “lively” natural look.

According to DSTU 4414:2005 (para. 5.2.7), the moisture content of wooden parts at the time of manufacture shall be (8 ± 2)%.

Shape: rectangular, with rounded or sharp corners. Corner geometry and chamfer parameters are determined and agreed upon in the drawing for each product.
Ergonomic cutout: optional.
Holes: at the client's request.
Dimensions:

• Depth: from 60 cm to 85 cm
• Thickness: 20 mm or 40 mm

Properties of natural wood
Tabletops are made from solid natural wood.
Natural wood is a living material prone to natural changes in geometry, structure, and texture under the influence of temperature and humidity.
The following are considered acceptable and not manufacturing defects:
✔ minor shade changes
✔ individual texture features
✔ minor deformations within the natural behavior of solid wood
✔ micro-cracks characteristic of natural wood
Each tabletop has a unique pattern and shade.
Absolute identity of products is impossible.
Toning also has natural variability. A 100% perfect color match is technically impossible.
Warranty
Tabletop warranty — 1 year from the date of product transfer to the client.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects exclusively and does not cover the natural behavior of solid wood or the consequences of violating operating conditions.
Operating conditions
1. Room microclimate
Recommended relative humidity level: 40–60%.
Natural wood reacts sensitively to deviations from these parameters.
Product operation under conditions of:
✔ reduced humidity
✔ increased air dryness
✔ sharp temperature and humidity fluctuations
may cause natural geometric changes, micro-cracks, or deformations, which are not covered by warranty.
2. Temperature regime
Recommended operating temperature: from +10° to +25°.
Avoid sharp temperature changes.
3. Product placement
Installation is prohibited:
✔ near heat sources
✔ next to radiators
✔ under direct sunlight
✔ in areas of localized overheating or excessive air drying
Violation of operating conditions is grounds for refusal of warranty service.
4. Care
Surface cleaning is carried out with a soft damp cloth or rag. Excess moisture must be removed with a dry cloth.
The use of abrasive materials, aggressive detergents, or solvents is not allowed.
5. Thermal impact
Avoid direct contact with hot objects.
6. Scope of use
Products are intended exclusively for use indoors.
Permissible limits of natural deformation
Tabletops are made from solid natural wood. Natural wood is a natural material that exhibits a natural reaction to changes in ambient temperature and humidity.
During operation, minor changes in product geometry, including slight planar curvature or natural material stresses, are considered acceptable.
Deformation within the following limits is considered acceptable and not a manufacturing defect:
up to 2 mm per 1000 mm of tabletop length
or up to 0.2% of the product length. These changes are the natural behavior of solid wood and do not affect the product's functionality.
The product's geometry is assessed under stable microclimate conditions after the product has adapted to the room and using a control plane.
The warranty does not cover:
• deformations within standard values
• natural wood reaction to microclimate changes
• geometric changes caused by operating conditions
• consequences of violating recommended product use conditions
The normative limits are defined taking into account the physical properties of natural wood and correspond to generally accepted furniture practice for solid wood products.
