Wood sorting is carried out according to furniture industry standards for solid wood quality classification: DSTU EN 1316-1:2019

Quality Class A
Highest quality class timber; usually from the lower part of the trunk with clean wood and minor features that do not limit its use.
Quality Class B
Medium quality class timber without specific requirements for clean wood. Knots are allowed within the average value for each species.
Quality Class C
Permissible knots, uneven texture, possible minor defects (darkening, small cracks) for a more "lively" natural look.

According to DSTU 4414:2005 (para. 5.2.7), the moisture content of wooden parts at the time of manufacture should be (8 ± 2)%.

Properties of natural wood
Tabletops are made from solid natural wood.
Natural wood is a living material prone to natural changes in geometry, structure, and texture under the influence of temperature and humidity.
The following are considered acceptable and not manufacturing defects:
✔ Minor changes in shade
✔ Individual texture features
✔ Minor deformations within the natural behavior of solid wood
✔ Micro-cracks characteristic of natural wood
Each tabletop has a unique pattern and shade.
Absolute identity of products is not possible.
Tinting also has natural variability. A 100% perfect color match is technically impossible.
Warranty
The warranty for the tabletop is 1 year from the moment the product is handed over to the client.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include the natural behavior of solid wood or the consequences of violating operating conditions.
Operating conditions
1. Indoor microclimate
Recommended relative humidity: 40–60%.
Natural wood reacts sensitively to deviations from these parameters.
Product operation under conditions of:
✔ Reduced humidity
✔ Increased air dryness
✔ Sharp fluctuations in temperature and humidity
may cause natural changes in geometry, micro-cracks, or deformations, which are not covered by the warranty.
2. Temperature regime
Recommended operating temperature: From +10° to +25°C.
Avoid sudden temperature changes.
3. Product placement
Installation is prohibited:
✔ Near heat sources
✔ Next to radiators
✔ Under direct sunlight
✔ In areas of local overheating or over-drying of the air
Violation of operating conditions is grounds for refusal of warranty service.
4. Care
Clean the surface with a soft damp cloth or wipe. Excess moisture must be removed with a dry cloth.
The use of abrasive materials, aggressive detergents, or solvents is not allowed.
5. Thermal impact
Avoid direct contact with hot objects.
6. Scope of use
The products are intended exclusively for indoor use.
Allowable limits of natural deformation
Tabletops are made of solid natural wood. Natural wood is a natural material that reacts naturally to changes in ambient temperature and humidity.
During operation, minor changes in the product's geometry, including slight planar bending or natural material stresses, are considered acceptable.
Deformation within the following limits is considered acceptable and not a manufacturing defect:
Up to 2 mm per 1000 mm of tabletop length
or up to 0.2% of the product length. These changes are the natural behavior of solid wood and do not affect the product's functionality.
The product's geometry is assessed under stable microclimate conditions after the product has adapted to the room and using a control plane.
The warranty does not cover:
• Deformations within normative values
• Natural reaction of wood to microclimate changes
• Changes in geometry caused by operating conditions
• Consequences of violating recommended product use conditions
Normative limits are determined taking into account the physical properties of natural wood and comply with generally accepted furniture industry practices for solid wood products.
