HÅG Capisco 8106 Black Ergonomic Chair for Correct Posture
The HÅG Capisco 8106 chair is designed based on the principle of active sitting, which is rooted in biomechanical research of the spine: static sitting increases the load on intervertebral discs and reduces the micromobility of stabilizing muscles. The saddle-shaped seat increases the angle at the hip joints (~100–120°), which reduces compression in the lumbar region and promotes a more natural S-shaped spinal posture.
The model is recommended for users with a height of approximately 160–210 cm and a working load of up to 120 kg. Thanks to its wide range of adjustment (low sitting position → semi-standing position), the chair supports posture changes throughout the day, which reduces the risk of muscle stagnation and improves blood circulation during prolonged desk work.

HÅG Capisco 8106 Ergonomic Chair — Reduced Spinal Load and Support for Proper Posture
Regular use of the Capisco 8106 reduces static load on the lumbar spine and shoulder girdle, which is supported by the principles of workplace ergonomics: frequent changes in body position reduce fatigue by 20–40% compared to a classic office chair. The open posture also improves ventilation of the pelvic area and reduces pressure on soft tissues, which is critical when working 6+ hours a day. The chair is particularly effective for users who work with height-adjustable desks, designers, IT professionals, and people who frequently change working positions (sitting/semi-standing). It is optimally suited for long work sessions where concentration and the prevention of chronic back, neck, and pelvic pain are important.
